Wine knowledge of servers can have a huge impact on average ticket size and corresponding tips. This course provides servers with the knowledge they need to confidently describe wines to patorns. The course is delivered over 12 weeks with knowledge checks throughout.

Beer Knowledge Two

For the server, bartender or supervisor with Level One knowledge, the next step in the education is this course. It covers education on the various regions where wine is made. Upon completion of this course, they will be equipped to further enhance the wine reputation of the restaurant.

Regardless of the level of wine knowledge your staff posesses, the ability to serve the wine correctly should be taught to everyone. From the size and shape of glass to use to whether the wine should be decanted before serving. This course covers all the finer points.

Who is Dale "D.C." Blosser

Dale has been a staple of the hospitality industry since 1991. He is a well known professional, who specializes in delivering impactful, effective and affordable training to hotels, restaurants and bars.
